Residential & Commercial Moving

AAA Able Removal offers moving services for large homes, small apartments, offices and everything in between.

Regardless of the size of your move, we will handle it carefully to safeguard your belongings throughout the moving process. Every successful move first starts with careful planning and gathering all the information necessary to help determine your moving needs. Therefore we offer a free consultation for your move followed by a moving estimate. You can get an estimate over the phone or simply submit an online request for an estimate.

The number of movers, trucks, and hours it will take to complete your move is determined by many factors: your move dates, origin and destination addresses, the size of your move, the floor your are moving to and from, elevator accessibility etc…small truck.

Regardless of the size of your move, we will handle it with care.

Piano Moving

Moving a piano is a difficult task and we highly recommend that you hire our professional staff to move it for you. Moving piano yourself can be dangerous both to the piano and to whom helping you. You can risk injuring anyone who is helping you while moving the piano. Piano moving is not easy and we specialize in moving these instruments and have methods to avoid damaging the piano or injuring our staff while moving.

Pool Table Moving

We can disassemble your pool table, move it to a second address, and re-assemble it. We take excellent care of the tables that we transport. We pay very close attention to make sure no damage occurs.


You are hiring our equipment, expertise and labour. Use it where you have to. Take into consideration your physical capabilities and the amount of time you can spare. Good planning and preparation will save you money!

Items to empty

Wardrobes and desk drawers must be emptied. Chests of drawers need to have breakable, loose, and heavy items removed. Light clothing may remain. Never tape drawers shut. As a rule, furniture with doors must be emptied. Gas bottles and equipment such as lawnmowers must be empty before we carry them.

Pack in good boxes

Lots of small open boxes (that cannot be stacked) take a lot longer to move than goods packed in the right sizes boxes. On the other hand, using boxes so large that they become overweight can dramatically slow down the moving process. Using proper removal boxes will not only help ensure a safe no damage move, but it also speeds up your move.

Reduce the number of items

Moving your small items yourself will reduce moving time. However, doing many trips in a car will end up costing you more than it would to have us move it, especially if you loaded the small items while the AAA Able Removal crew loaded the larger items. The number of items can also be reduced by tying loose items such as brooms and mops in bundles. Leave drawers in dressers.


Dismantle beds, mirrors from dressers, and other furniture items (those which had to be assembled when purchased) before your AAA Able Removal crew arrives. Losing small items, especially keys, is common when moving and is very frustrating. Keep all screws and bolts in bags, and remember where you put them. Put the hose off the washing machine inside the machine.

Very heavy items

Leave heavy items (such as pianos, pool tables, large safes, etc) to the experts. When booking, please let us know about these items.

Time Saving Hints
  1. Disassemble beds, desks etc before move. Keep screws and bolts in a plastic bag or container.
  2. Leave food in fridge until removalists arrive, they will indicate when to empty it.
  3. Don’t water pot plants for three days prior to move.
  4. Empty water beds one day prior to move.
  5. Empty all cupboards and drawers.
  6. Remove microwave plate, and pack safely.
  7. On removal day, you can help by taking small items to the truck.
  8. Be sure that someone is always present to indicate the placement of your items.
Packing Hints
  1. Always use genuine removal cartons of similar size and shape, this will assist the removalists to load efficiently.
  2. Use larger cartons for bulky items like kitchen pots, pans and crockery. Make sure you use plenty of paper around fragile items.
  3. Use smaller boxes for heavier items like books, records and tins of food.
  4. Don’t overfill a box, and always tape the top and bottom of the cartons.
  5. Wrap fragile items with bubble wrap or paper, soft linen can be used to fill gaps and mark the box fragile.
  6. Use a room numbering system on each box to indicate where you want the boxes put.
